Analyst: Bitcoin closes the week above $83,000, bulls remain dominant

PANews October 12 news, ITC Crypto founder Benjamin Cowen posted that Bitcoin closed above $83,000 this week, which means bulls still hold the dominant position, and bears still need to prove that a shift in market control has occurred. Cowen said that based on his past experience, adopting a dollar-cost averaging strategy in the second half of U.S. midterm election years is an appropriate approach. This strategy worked in both 2018 and 2022, and he hopes it will also work in 2026.
