Binance: Withdrawal functions for 15 networks will be restored in phases, with the Bitcoin network in the first batch.

PANews November 1 news: Binance staff member Eowyn posted that withdrawal functionality will resume in phases today, covering a total of 15 networks. To effectively manage traffic, the 15 networks will not open simultaneously but will resume one after another, with the first batch to resume being the Bitcoin network. Therefore, some instability or delays may occur in the initial recovery period, and the experience will gradually become smoother over time. If withdrawal requests stall in the initial period, this is likely due to traffic congestion rather than a system failure.
