Solana Company plans to expand its Hong Kong team to 30 people, positioning itself in the tokenization business.

PANews November 6 news, according to the South China Morning Post, Joseph Chee, Chairman and CEO of Nasdaq-listed SOL treasury company Solana Company, said the company plans to expand its Hong Kong team from fewer than 10 people currently to up to 30 to capture growing demand for tokenization in Hong Kong. He believes that many large financial institutions in Hong Kong have only just begun considering or launching tokenization projects, and progress remains slower than in the United States. The company expects to form a judgment on the Hong Kong market in about six months; if by then Hong Kong still has not produced a large tokenization service provider, the company may build its own team. Last month, Solana Company was recognized as a key enterprise by the Hong Kong Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, and its Hong Kong operations also serve as its Asia-Pacific headquarters.
