Binance releases latest proof of reserves, stating that user assets are fully backed 1:1.

PANews, November 6 news: Binance has announced that the zero-knowledge proof (ZKProof) for the latest Proof of Reserves (PoR) is now live, allowing users to independently verify that their asset balances on Binance are backed by reserves of at least 1:1. Previously, on November 4, Binance released the seventh recovery progress update on the security incident, stating that 98% of the stolen assets have been covered, and launched a new expanded PoR snapshot, while also stating that the losses from the stolen funds are borne by Binance, not by users, and that more than 100% of the required amount has been set aside.
