PANews October 21 news: Whale Alert posted on X platform that USDC Treasury minted two batches of 250 million USDC each on the Solana network at 03:47 and 03:49 Beijing time, totaling 500 million USDC, worth approximately $500 million. Solana block explorer data shows that both transactions were executed by the USDC mint authority address.
