BofA: Valuation of U.S. memory stocks already shows characteristics of a cyclical bottom; market concerns are overdone.

PANews October 19 news, according to Cailianshe report, Bank of America believes that the recent correction in U.S. memory stocks has largely decoupled from fundamentals, valuation multiples have bottomed out, and the market's concerns about the AI memory boom turning into a downturn are excessive. The bank expects that from 2027 to 2028, memory chip average selling prices, revenue, and profit margins will still remain at super-cycle levels; even if earnings growth slows, absolute levels will still be close to historical highs.
