PANews October 15 news, according to on-chain analyst Ember monitoring, PUMP fell 16% in the past 24 hours, and a certain address may have contributed to today's decline. That address sold 1.264 billion PUMP through an on-chain transaction 7 hours ago, exchanging for 5.483 million USDC, at a transaction price of $0.0043. Because it chose to sell all at once, the address bore 5% slippage; if split into multiple transactions, it could have sold for $5.78 million, whereas a single sell only obtained $5.48 million, selling about $300,000 less.
PUMP drops 16% in 24 hours; a single address's one-time sale of 1.264 billion PUMP may be the driver.
