Stripe's Privy integrates with XRP Ledger, allowing developers to integrate XRPL wallets within their apps

PANews October 14 news, according to The Block, Ripple announced a partnership with Stripe's wallet infrastructure company Privy to add support for the XRP Ledger (XRPL) to Privy's developer platform.

Through this integration, developers can create and manage XRPL wallets in their applications, sign transactions, and support XRP, Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin, and other assets issued on the XRPL network without having to build wallet infrastructure themselves. In addition, Privy said the integration will also support app-managed XRPL wallets, enabling AI agents to hold funds and execute payment operations, while also being compatible with Coinbase's x402 payment protocol. In the future, Privy plans to further add features such as transaction strategy controls and Gas fee sponsorship.
