CZ: The Ledger user theft incident is suspected to be a single reseller supply chain attack.

PANews October 9 news: CZ posted on the X platform to remind Ledger hardware wallet users to be aware of risks, especially those who recently purchased devices. He stated that, based on current information, this incident appears to be a localized supply chain attack involving only one distributor, and a small number of users may have purchased counterfeit or tampered Ledger devices. He expects the BNB ecosystem and the entire industry to assist in tracking and recovering funds. Previously, Ledger said it was investigating the theft of user funds related to Southeast Asian distributor CryptoBillis.
