The White House establishes an artificial intelligence working group and will draft an AI risk assessment report

PANews October 4 news, according to Jinshi, the White House has established an ad hoc group on artificial intelligence (AI), led by Director of National Intelligence Clayton, making him, as widely expected, the Trump administration's "AI czar." Within 120 days, this group will draft a report assessing the risks brought by AI and what regulatory responsibility the federal government should bear for this technology. Clayton confirmed that he will lead this "Super Intelligence Force" ("super intelligence" is Trump's term for AI). Clayton said: "The president asked for a group to be formed to ensure the fulfillment of his promise that we maintain leadership in the field of super intelligence and put the interests of the American people first."
