Strive executive: If the BTC/gold ratio returns to historical highs, Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings may be worth $161.8 billion

Odaily Planet Daily News Adam Livingston, vice president of investment at Bitcoin treasury company Strive, said that if the price of gold rises by 15% to $4,760 per ounce, and the BTC/gold ratio recovers from the current level of about 20.4 ounces to an all-time high of about 40.1 ounces in December 2024, the corresponding Bitcoin price will be about $190,858.

Based on this calculation, Strategy’s current holdings of 847,666 BTC would be worth approximately $161.8 billion. The cumulative cost of its positions is approximately US$63.95 billion, and the average purchase price is approximately US$75,437, corresponding to a book gain of approximately US$98 billion.
