BitDeer Director Sheldon Trainor-DeGirolamo will step down on October 15

According to TheEnergyMag, Bitdeer disclosed in a 6-K filing filed on October 2, Eastern Time, that director Sheldon Trainor-DeGirolamo will resign as a director of the company and all positions he holds on various committees of the board of directors. The resignation will be effective on October 15, 2026. The resignation was not due to differences with the company's operations, policies or practices, the filing said.
