Aave Labs proposes to establish a foundation to incorporate brand and intellectual property into DAO governance

According to ChainCatcher news, Aave Labs has proposed a new plan for brand and intellectual property ownership, and plans to gradually hand it over to the DAO for supervision and management. According to the first phase of the plan, the team will first promote the establishment of a legal entity located in the Cayman Islands and appoint independent senior managers for the entity.

However, the transfer of ownership of the Aave brand's trademark rights, network domain names, and code repositories is not included in the scope of the first phase of action, but will be implemented after multiple rounds of governance voting to be launched in the future are passed.
