France plans to release 50 million barrels of diesel, crude oil stocks

According to ChainCatcher news, France has proposed a plan to release 50 million barrels of diesel stockpiles from Europe and 50 million barrels of crude oil across International Energy Agency members, according to Reuters citing people familiar with the matter.
