Fed's Paulson: Another interest rate hike may be needed to reduce inflation

PANews reported on September 24 that the Federal Reserve's Paulson said that the Federal Reserve may need to raise interest rates again to reduce inflation. The September interest rate hike will help adjust the policy to a more effective anti-inflation state. The balance of inflation risks has changed before the September policy meeting. Underlying inflation "remains stubbornly high" and the economy is resilient, showing signs of increasing growth momentum.
