Upbit stated that, based on the best practice assessment for digital asset listings, Blur is lacking in business authenticity and sustainability, which may cause harm to users. The caution item designation period is from October 13 to the fifth week of October (October 26 to 30), during which a review will be conducted in accordance with the delisting policy. If the grounds for designation are not resolved, trading support may ultimately be terminated. The announcement reminds users that deposits made after the suspension time may not be credited and cannot be recovered, and users must not deposit BLUR.
