BlockBeats news, on October 2, according to official news, a new proposal appeared in the NEAR governance forum, put forward by Svrn AI CEO Sal Ternullo, which proposed to reduce the NEAR token issuance rate from 2.5% to 1.6% within 24 months and promote a fixed total supply direction in the long term.
