Among them, there were 66 "Tencent and affiliated ecosystem apps" and 23 "Alibaba and affiliated ecosystem apps." Pinduoduo, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, DeepSeek, the three major telecom operators, and apps from multiple banks such as China Merchants Bank and ICBC were also on the list. QuestMobile data shows that among the top ten apps by user scale in the first half of the year, only Douyin and JD.com did not explicitly refuse.

Previously, the Doubao mobile assistant launched the Screen Automation Execution Protocol (SAEP), requiring developers to proactively declare refusal within a 30-day public notice period starting September 14; if they did not refuse, GUI agent operation of their apps would be enabled by default. The ZTE Nubia NaviX Ultra equipped with the Doubao mobile assistant went on sale on September 16.
