ICBA sues OCC over issuance of trust banking licenses to crypto companies

Odaily Planet Daily News ICBA sued the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in the United States, claiming that it approved a number of crypto companies to establish digital asset trust banks, causing these institutions to fail to follow the same regulatory standards as traditional banks and creating a competitive disadvantage.
