PANews October 12 news: Ledger posted on the X platform disclosing the 72-hour progress of the CryptoBilis reseller incident, stating that the number of affected devices is limited. As of now, all confirmed cases related to the October 9 coin theft incident involve devices sold through the Southeast Asian reseller CryptoBilis, while Ledger's own systems and direct sales channels were not affected. Ledger said it is cooperating with relevant law enforcement agencies in the investigation and contacting affected users, and CryptoBilis has confirmed that it has stopped selling all hardware wallets. Ledger also reminded authorized resellers to source products only through authorized channels and not to relist returned products, and advised users not to purchase devices from unauthorized resellers.
