Selon Foresight News, selon la surveillance de PeckShield, la perte due à l'attaque du coffre-fort sur Base s'est étendue à environ 6 millions de dollars américains (environ 1 783 wstETH).

Foresight News a précédemment rapporté que, selon la surveillance de Blockaid, il avait détecté qu'un coffre-fort sans nom sur la base était attaqué. Le nouveau contrat est ajouté à la liste blanche du coffre-fort, et l'attaquant emprunte un BaswstETH au coffre-fort et envoie des aTokens au contrat. Jusqu'à présent, il a siphonné environ 2,02 millions de dollars de ses coffres, impliquant environ quatre transactions.
