SpaceX (SPCX) will unlock its third batch of 14% of its cargo on October 3rd.

PANews October 3 news: According to the SpaceX stock unlock schedule, Gate Pre-IPOs' first project SpaceX (SPCX) will carry out the third batch (stock) tranche unlock on October 3 at 20:00 (UTC+8). This unlock corresponds to 14% of the target company's original total quota, with an unlock amount of 23,730 SPCX. Since 27% of the stock has already been unlocked, the current remaining SPCX corresponds to 73% of the original total quota. Therefore, this unlock will be carried out based on 19.18% of users' actual SPCX holdings at the time of the snapshot, and the corresponding stock will be directly distributed to the Gate stock account at a 1:1 ratio.

The scope of this unlock includes SPCX that users previously obtained and held through Pre-IPOs subscriptions, as well as SPCX purchased afterward; SPCX that has already been sold is not included in this round of unlocking. Users need to check their SPCX holdings and open orders in advance to ensure that the SPCX used for this unlock is in an available state.

Gate is the industry's first platform to support Pre-IPO tranche unlocking and directly distribute listed company stocks to users. This is the third batch 14% stock unlock for SpaceX (SPCX). The remaining portion will be processed as soon as possible according to the target company's unlock rules, subject to Gate's official announcement.
