Greg Taylor: September non-farm payrolls report rules out Fed rate hike in October

According to ChainCatcher news, Greg Taylor, chief investment officer of PenderFund Capital Management, said that the September non-farm payrolls report was beneficial to the market and basically ruled out the possibility of the Federal Reserve raising interest rates in October.

There may still be expectations of a rate hike at the December meeting, but it has been priced in by the market and will not have much impact on the market.
