BNB Plus announces strategic transformation to become an open network infrastructure operator

(OTCQB: BNBX) announced a strategic transformation from a digital asset treasury company focusing on the BNB Chain ecosystem to an operating company that provides open network infrastructure such as blockchain and Agentic AI to financial institutions and enterprises.

The company will continue to participate in ecosystems such as BNB Chain in the future, and its strategic focus will shift from passively holding digital assets to infrastructure, integration and deployment services. BNB Plus, formerly known as Applied DNA Sciences, previously shifted from biotechnology business to BNB treasury strategy and held approximately 18,830 BNB as of July 30.
